Central Carolina REALTORS® Association has provided professional real estate services for over 100 years. Chartered July 28, 1913, our association serves its membership by providing programs and services to enhance REALTORS® and their ability to conduct business with integrity and competence.

CCRA is active in advocating for our members at local, state and national government levels. The REALTOR® Association is the largest trade advocacy group in America. We don't just defend the real estate industry, but also homeowners.
All real estate professionals are required to maintain their continuing education requirement, and CCRA is here to help. CCRA members can take FREE courses to maintain their LLR requirement, and receive updates on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. We also offer several REALTOR® Designation courses to expand your business.

U.S. existing-home sales climbed 5.1% month-over-month and 1.4% year-over-year to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.35 million units, the strongest pace in nearly three years, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Lower mortgage rates and slower home price growth helped spur buyer activity, and sales increased month-over-month in every region. On an annual basis, sales rose in the South, held steady in the West and Midwest, and declined in the Northeast.
