Central Carolina REALTORS® Association has provided professional real estate services for over 100 years. Chartered July 28, 1913, our association serves its membership by providing programs and services to enhance REALTORS® and their ability to conduct business with integrity and competence.
We advocate for the reduction of undue regulatory restraint, and we fervently support the preservation of home ownership and private property rights.

CCRA is active in advocating for our members at local, state and national government levels. The REALTOR® Association is the largest trade advocacy group in America. We don't just defend the real estate industry, but also homeowners.
All real estate professionals are required to maintain their continuing education requirement, and CCRA is here to help. CCRA members can take FREE courses to maintain their LLR requirement, and receive updates on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. We also offer several REALTOR® Designation courses to expand your business.

U.S. existing-home sales rose 3.2% month-over-month and year-over-year to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.17 million units, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) reported, marking the highest level since December 2025. Regionally, sales increased from the previous month in the Northeast, Midwest, and South, while remaining flat in the West. On a year-over-year basis, sales grew in the Midwest, South, and West but declined in the Northeast.
