Dues Payment Information

REALTOR® dues are $556 (amount can change depending on Association) per year. Dues are prorated for new members depending on the date they become active. That date is determined by the day when an agent's license is placed with a company.

For new members, a one-time $75 application fee and $50 Legal Defense Assessment are applied to your dues total. These amounts are never prorated.

How Your Dues are Distributed?
As a member of Central Carolina REALTORS® Association, you also hold memberships at the state and national levels with the South Carolina Realtors® (SCR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). This three-way agreement provides you with a wide variety of member benefits that support the work you do each day.

Through this agreement, CCRA distributes portions of your dues to the state (SCR) and national (NAR) organizations. NAR receives $201 ($156 + $45 Consumer Advertising Campaign) of your dues investment, SCR receives $155 and $200 stays with CCRA to support the membership programs, services and benefits that we provide throughout the year. Your dues investment is used to provide no-or-low cost opportunities like LLR Continuing Education, CCRA Contracts & Forms, Young Professional Events, Circle of Excellence and lunch and learn programs. See more benefits from CCRA, SCR and NAR below under "Member Benefits."

Online Payment

Your CCRA Member Number (ID), not your NRDS number, is required for paying dues online. The Member ID is your CCRA Member number. If you have lost your Member ID, you can retrieve it by following the "Forgot your ID?". The email needed to verify your account must be the same E-mail on file with CCRA.
