The Central Carolina REALTORS® Association has been providing the Midlands with professional real estate service for over 100 years. We were chartered on July 28, 1913 to serve our membership by providing programs and services to enhance their ability to conduct business successfully with integrity and competency, without undue regulatory restraint, as well as to encourage the preservation of real property rights.

Our goal is to be the organization in the Midlands that represents the standard for the real estate sales professional through the organization's Code of Ethics, educational offerings, information systems and involvement in local government issues.

Our members are committed to providing the Midlands with honest, ethical and competent service.
