CCRA has over 3,000 members and offers its Affiliate Members a broad range of networking opportunities to promote their company’s brand and message to real estate professionals in the Midlands Area. The more REALTORS® see you, the more exposure you get of your products and services that your company provides.

Sponsors will receive: 

  • Company logo on all marketing materials sent to the general membership leading up to the event (social media, newsletters, fliers etc.)
  • Recognition via social media
  • Tickets to the event, reserved seating (where applicable)
  • The opportunity to advertise at the event, with a promotional table, handing out materials, or even a chance to address all attendees.

Summary of Annual Events:

  • Quarterly Membership Luncheons (average attendance 300-400 members) 
    • Three luncheons every year (fourth quarter is Awards Gala). 

  • Circle of Excellence Gala (average attendance 300-350 award recipients)
    • Annual awards gala for the most involved and top producing agents in the Midlands. 
    • Exclusive Event

  • Golf Tournament (average attendance 30-34 teams, 4 players per team)
    • All day event with opportunity to sponsor individual holes. 

  • Thanksgiving Breakfast (average attendance 100-200 members) 
    • Morning event including blanket drive for local homeless shelters. 

  • Awards Cocktail & Board of Directors Induction (average attendance 150-250 members)
    • Awarding REALTOR® of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, Hall of Fame and more. 

  • Brewing Success/Young Professional Events (average attendance 30-50 members)
    • Small happy hour with emerging leaders to discuss topics of interest related to real estate.

  • Broker/Owner Roundtable (average attendance 40-60 industry leaders)
    • Meetings with Midlands Brokers-in-Charge and ownership on updates in the industry. 
    • Exclusive Sponsorship.
