The Residential Circle of Excellence is the highest achievement a residential REALTOR® can achieve with the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association. While most offices and firms award agents and brokers based on their production, CCRA awards the Circle of Excellence to the top producers and most involved members of the Association. A CCRA member must achieve at least $50,000 in GCI (gross commission income) and 10,000 participation points to qualify for recognition in the Circle of Excellence.
Levels of the Circle of Excellence
Bronze Level | $50,000 (minimum) GCI & 10,000 participation points |
Silver Level | $100,000 (minimum) GCI & 10,000 participation points |
Gold Level | $150,000 (minimum) GCI & 10,000 participation points |
Platinum Level | $200,000 (minimum) GCI & 10,000 participation points |
Diamond Level | $300,000 (minimum) GCI & 10,000 participation points |
CCRA members can go beyond the minimum participation point requirement and qualify for the Star of Distinction. The Star of Distinction recipients are those members that have achieved more than the 10,000 Circle of Excellence point requirement, from 15,000 points at the Bronze Level to 35,000 points at the Dimond Level. These are the members who are truly at the top of their profession and give back most to their Association.
Star of Distinction is marked with a ★ on all pictures of the recipient(s).
